Third-Party Costs: Please note that no refunds will be provided for costs incurred from third-party providers. These costs are non-recoverable, as they are paid upfront by Clavio Global to ensure service delivery.
Cancellation Policy: Clients have the flexibility to cancel these services at any time without incurring penalties. Upon cancellation, the service will be discontinued at the end of the current billing period, ensuring that clients are not locked into long-term commitments.
2. Digital Marketing and SEO Services
Our digital marketing and SEO services are designed to help clients achieve their online goals. To ensure client satisfaction, we have established the following refund conditions:
Eligibility for Refunds: Clients who do not see measurable results within one month of utilizing Clavio Global’s digital marketing or SEO services may request a refund for the management fees associated with those services.
Responsibility for Third-Party Costs: Clients must be aware that they are responsible for covering any costs incurred by Clavio Global from third-party providers, such as Google or Meta. Refunds will only cover the amount paid directly to Clavio Global for managing the digital marketing campaign or SEO services.

- No Refunds for Development Projects: Given our commitment to client satisfaction and our collaborative process, no refunds will be provided for website or app development projects.
